What is Ultrasonic?
The frequencies above the normal human hearing (above18-20KHz) is called Ultrasonic frequency. The Ultrasonic generator generates Ultrasonic power at ultrasonic frequency (20KH to 40KHz). The Ultrasonic power drives the PZT transducers (Piezo Electric Transducers). The high frequency ultrasonic vibration in the fluid causes cavitation. Microscopic bubbles are formed and they implode intensely causing intense scrubbing action on the surface of the objects to be cleaned.

Microprocessor based ultrasonic cleaning system used in hospitals is a two chamber or three chamber cleaning machine consisting of

We manufacture immersible transducers to add ultrasonic cavitations to new or existing tanks in various industrial cleaning applications. These immersible transducers are available in various sizes from 250 watts, 500 watts, 750 watts and 1000 watts, 2000 watts All immersible transducers are custom built.
Immersible transducers are either vertical or horizontal mounted depending on
application and tank sizes. Various safety measures are provided in tank to protect the
immersible transducers.

The ultrasonic cleaners with in-built chiller are extensively used in laboratories and in pharma companies.
These machines have an in-built chiller of varying capacities to maintain the temperature
of the bath. Our in-built chiller unit can be set to a desired temperature ranging from 5 –
20 degree C. Ultrasonic cleaners during sonication generates heat which is not suitable
for certain applications. The chiller unit helps to regulate the temperature of the bath to
the desired level.
